Protein behind suicide

   Posted by: admin   in Health

An elevated level of protein is found in those people who commit suicide or go into deep depression. This protein affects a particular gene that controls stress and anxiety. They cause chemical modification of the particular gene in a process called epigenomic regulation. This modification is responsible for shutting down or malfunctioning of the stress-controlling gene, which lowers their ability to control the stress thereby committing suicide. It is the major brain regulator and it is hard to reverse.
