This is indeed a shocking but true information that Vitamin C can be used to cure Cancer. This theory was proposed in the early 1970’s that Vitamin C which contains a lot of ascorbic acid can be used for this purpose. This scientist named Pauling was awarded the noble prize in chemistry. Now they say that ascorbic acid which releases hydrogen peroxide and is useful in damaging and destroying the cancer cells. They also examined that this hydrogen peroxide is not causing any harm to the normal cells. Hence a new way of treating cancer has been found which is under study.
